5. Sharing of information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:
Service providers: We work with third-party vendors who assist in operating our platform (e.g., cloud hosting, payment processing, SMS delivery, email infrastructure, AI model providers). These providers access information only as necessary to perform their functions and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
Legal compliance: We may disclose information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental authority, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Gibson Technologies LLC, our users, or others.

With your consent: We may share information for other purposes with your explicit consent.
6. AI and automated processing
Captura Engine uses artificial intelligence and automated systems — including large language models from third-party AI providers — to power features such as automated SMS and email responses, lead scoring, and conversation handling. Inputs to these systems may include contact names, messages, and campaign context.
We take reasonable steps to ensure that AI providers we work with do not use your data or your contacts' data to train their models, consistent with our data processing agreements. However, you should review the terms of any AI provider integrations you configure independently within the platform.

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies on our website to:
Keep you logged in to your account
Remember your preferences and settings
Analyze website traffic and usage patterns
Support marketing and retargeting efforts
You can control cookie settings through your browser. Disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of the Services. We do not respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals at this time.
8. Data retention
We retain your account information and platform data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. We may retain certain information after account closure to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements. Contact data you upload is retained until you delete it or close your account, after which it is removed from active systems within a reasonable period.
9. Data security
Gibson Technologies LLC implements reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These include encrypted data transmission (TLS), access controls, and secure hosting environments. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
